What is Hairelya?
Hairelya is a mobile app designed to help you care for your hair through smart routines, product tracking, photo timelines, and personalized advice with HairelyaAI.
What is Hairelya PRO?
Hairelya PRO unlocks premium features including iCloud backup and restore, unlimited entries, access to exclusive AI features, and a completely ad-free experience.
How does HairelyaAI work?
HairelyaAI is an intelligent assistant powered by OpenAI. You can ask questions about haircare, products, routines, and receive science-based advice. No personal identifiers are attached to your requests, and your messages are not stored.
How is my data handled?
All your data — including routines, products, photos, and notes — is stored locally on your device. If you are a PRO user and enable iCloud backup, your data is securely stored in your private iCloud account. We do not collect or process your personal data on our servers.
Do you access or sell my data?
No. We do not sell, access, or share your data. Any data stored in iCloud remains entirely under your control and protected by Apple’s privacy framework.
How does iCloud backup work?
PRO users can back up their data to iCloud and restore it when reinstalling the app or switching devices. This requires being signed in with the same Apple ID and enabling iCloud permissions for Hairelya.
Why am I seeing ads?
Ads are shown only in the FREE version of Hairelya and are provided by Google AdMob. They help support ongoing development of the app. Upgrading to Hairelya PRO removes all ads.
What payment methods are accepted for Hairelya PRO?
All purchases are securely handled through Apple’s App Store. We do not collect or store payment details. You can choose a one-time or renewable plan, and manage your subscription through your Apple ID settings.
What happens if I delete the app?
Deleting the app removes all local data from your device. If you are a PRO user with iCloud backup enabled, you can restore your data after reinstalling the app, provided you use the same Apple ID.

How do I request data deletion?
You can manually delete your data within the app or uninstall the app to remove it from your device. To delete iCloud data, go to iOS Settings > Apple ID > iCloud > Manage Storage > Hairelya.
Can I transfer my PRO subscription to another device?
Yes. As long as you're signed in with the same Apple ID, you can restore your purchase by tapping “Restore Purchase” in the app settings.
How often is Hairelya updated?
We regularly release updates to improve features, add new tools, and enhance performance. Be sure to check the App Store for the latest version.
